she doesn't need a deep hole to plant roses in. a shallow on will do. I like white ones myself.

What a bummer.

Last night I sent the motorsports photographer I was on assignment with 2 photos I had not sent to him previously

http://photo.klein-jensen.dk ….php?n=20080608_dtc10.jpg (external link)

I sent that mail quite late so went soon after to bed.

Then this morning I saw he sent me a mail shortly after and asked me if I could send #9 quickly to him (within 15 minutes) because he was abut to deliver an article to a magazine.

Damn since I could not send it until this morning it looks like I missed getting a photo published :( I have not heard from him yet so actually don't know for sure.

As I suspected he did not get my photo in time to be included in the article :(

But all is not over yet. I am right now uploading photos from 3 other races from that day for him to review. Maybe thare are something there he can use.

How much does an Alphorn cost? And how long would it take to ship one to me?

5-10 years ago you probably could have gotten one locally. There used to be a Swiss restaurant in Banner Elk (Heidi's, no, really, that was the wife's name); they had a couple of working ones. Don't know what happened to all the stuff when they retired. Maybe in Little Switzerland?

Hey Wool, after your suggestion last night, today I figured out where to save my actions so they'd not be lost or disorganized if I ever have to dump that preferences file again. Thanks for the help.

Photoshop actions ?

yeah...last night I had to dump the preferences file and when I did, photoshop re-opened without my actions loaded...so I had to reload them...but they weren't organized (sometimes actions come in several files...half a zillion!....and I like them all in one set so the palette isn't so cluttered) so I reloaded, organized and saved them in a file in photoshop that will remember them, like the plugins and the brushes...).

Ok. I don't have that many actions. I think I have 4. One for watermark, one for framing and one that does both. So that was actually only 3.
