Hey, the guy from the land of chocolate and the guy from down under

yea it's still cold, and now it's raining. I would really love to live on the gold coast (that's aussie) but alas I am stuck here.

Cold here also ATM. Been in the 6-19C range for the last few days. Probably colder over your way though.

Heaps of Kiwi's moving over here all the time as you know. My wife and I were only discussing a few days ago about going to NZ for hols in September.

yea we have had weather in the 0 and below

yea I know, years ago I thought about moving to melbourne. these days not so sure.

why Melbourne? Swapping one lot of bad weather for another.:p

Brissie or the Coast is the way to go. Pretty soon there will be one suburb from Brisbane all the way tot he Gold Coast on either side of the M1 hiway.

well I figured that it would be close to NZ for temperature and the like. however as I am getting older and the like and I am starting to like nice warm weather.

hehehe, I rather like our climate here, although we do get the odd day in summer that is far too hot ie. 38-40C
