The results of this fine research show that:

Exposing to the Right is very useful at low ISO, whereas at high ISO it is better to have a more traditional exposure and not push your luck with clipping highlights.

Also, as we all know, when with a fixed aperature and shutter speed...go ahead and use the ISO necessary to get a balanced exposure and don't be afraid because the research shows that pushing up a lower ISO in post processing will result in worse noise.

Also, it reports that when shooting RAW to not use the artificially higher "H1" ISO speeds because they mathematically throw highlight headroom and it would be better to use highest standard ISO and do exposure increases in post processing.
