Does anyone know of a housing that is below $200 for the S5 IS ?

I don't think the S5 IS has any waterproof housing...I could be wrong though.

I've seen housing for the S1, I'm not sure how different they are from the S5, so whether it would work or not, I don't know. Not under $200 though. I haven't come across anything specifically for the S5.

I think the S1, S2, S3 are shaped close enough that the waterproof casing would fit those 3. (I would assume) Because the design of those 3...look dead on the same to me.

But for the S5 IS...no, the S1 casing is NOT going to fit the S5 IS. It's a slightly bigger camera, shape appears to be a tad different as well.

What working depth do you need?

The EWA-marine bags are closer at about $280 US, are rated to 30 meters (about 90 ft?) and seem commercially sound. I would really dig in to the net to find reviews on this product but it does interest me. I don't have so much of a question on the watertightness as much as how much the lens is protected from pressure load on it.

The Iikelite is a hard case and at $750 US suggested MFG. price can be had.
