She's very pretty. Her face is a bit dark versus the bright light coming in the window, but it kind of fits her serious expression. Also, there's a lot of lines in the background that draw my eye away from her. Still a very pretty photo!!

Thanks everyone for your comments.
I agree with the background. We were inside an old building in downtown Toronto, and that window was the "cleanest" one we could find. The lines are actually escape stairs on the side of the building.
