I like the idea of this shot. Personally I'm not too keen on the sunlit tyres in the foreground. If it was mine I would have done a bit of heavy processing (unfortunately it's blown-out a couple of areas):

Damn, dude, I am extremely impressed by your willingness to take chances. Ok, on to the photo...

Love the concept. I understand Speedie's point about the sunlit tires in the foreground, but when I crop them out with my hand I feel the remaining tires are too "flat". (no pun intended) I think I'd leave them in. Maybe a bit of PP to tone down their brightness just a bit, but their presence helps add depth, IMHO.

Very nice pattern there, but it lacks a bit of depth (both compositionally and tonally) and the light is a bit too harsh, so +1 on what airfrog said :D.
