May 25, 2008 08:30 | #1 I went looking for osprey and found this guy yesterday. I had the 2x teleconverter on and was pretty close to him.  I did manage to get a shot of the osprey - wasn't expecting any flight shots so I still had the 2x on. AF is extremely slow with this, can't believe I managed to get even one in focus. As for the nest I was looking to photograph, I couldn't see much and plus it was really windy out! I assume this is the male flying around, and that it was the female on the nest.  -Liz
