los angeles - 3rd street bridge

Anyone know of he third street bridge in Los Angeles? I have a client that is interested in doing some urban scene head shots. The thing is I don't know this area nad am concerned that the area is less than safe for me and all my gear. Just curiuos as to what the deal is with this place.

The 4th street bridge? Pretty industrial around there - Santa Fe Ave. is perpendicular on the West, Boyle Heights on the East.
I think the design is more art deco, you can probably get good skyline shots back towards downtown.

I actually work in the area, and I wouldnt be all too worried, I'd make sure you have some pepper spray, etc.

you can look at it on the maps.live.com in the birds eye view.... i'd really doubt anyone would do anything on that bridge.
