I searched but found no mention....

Has anbody noticed BBC UK TV show the "Royal Today" ?
They use a tilt shift model effect as the backdrop for the opening credits.

^^^ That's neat Sebastien. I've tried some airline photography, but the window is usually too dirty/reflective for good results..

Just a quickie, as we're off out for lunch!

This is a famous garden in Hiroshima (Shukkei-en) near Hiroshima castle.

I think airplane windows are plastic, not glass. At least 1 layer seems to be plastic. The window was not too dirty, but the picture still required lots of sharpening.

More from Hiroshima, Japan...but I couldn't decide where to shove the focus, so you can have both for meditative contemplation, in a "mini-fake-tilt-shift" kinda way!

Thanks Anke.
I read that the islands in this park are all made to resemble either turtles or storks....couldn't really see it myself, but then maybe it's because I wasn't looking hard enough?

I like the second one Sky. Nice that you had FLAT water to maintain the illusion!
