Yep good ol' English summer. Can't beat it can ya! Was at Brands Sunday and part of Monday for the Masters Historic Festival. Sunday was quite nice covered a lot of the circuit and got stuff done that I needed to. Monday though was a bit of a washout. Racing was due to start at 9am but was pushed back to 11am. Once we got going it wasn't too too bad but by lunchtime I was pretty soaked. Made a rather hasty exit after the Masters race.

Anyway enough talk here's a few compressed "forum friendly sized" photos for comment...

#1 Had a walk around the pits during the morning, some really wonderfully prepared cars around. Bolted on nifty and had a play. Really don't use her as much as I could lol...

#2 A modern F1 car (2004 Jaguar Cosworth) whizzed around for a few laps during lunch. Was only 0.3sec off the A1GP pole, not bad! Here's a shot from Westfield...

#3 One of a few tidy Alfa's, I do like the Alfa's! This ones from just after Surtees, heading towards Pilgrims Drop...

#4 GP Masters make their way out of the pits...

#5 Here's one of the very pretty GP60's, shame there wasn't more of them! This ones from just under the bridge, Pilgrims drop...

#6 We had "a bit" of rain on Monday. Sort of like this one because of the reflection, perhaps could've used a slightly slower shutter speed ho hum...

#7 Good racing through a slipper Paddock Hill Bend...

#8 Probably my favourite car of the lot, this luvly March...

Hi Azza,
Will check out your galleries, these look good.
I think the March shot is terrific ,a real wall hanger in A3.
No 6 is good, like the reflection of the car on the rain soaked track.
The two Fords could do with more angle for me,but the GP60 shot is really nice from the low angle, but would like to see it turning in to corner.
The others dont do much for me.
Thanks for posting,
Pons

AzzA - The March steals it for me. I like the wide variation of shots and enjoyed the galleries also - good work. Must remember to give my nifty a run out!

Some lovely shots there. I'm intrigued by a couple of the angles you've got though... have I missed a trick with #2 & #5, or were you signed on?

Really like the reflection in #6 btw.

:)
