I've had a PowerShot A630 for almost a year now, and I really like it except in low light. But this weekend I won a new A590 in a contest, and I haven't had the chance to experiment with it yet.

I don't need two point-and-shoots, so I want to keep one and sell the other. My question is, does anyone know what their differences are, or have a suggestion for which one I should keep?

I'd stay with the A630; larger sensor, while the A590 offers 1600 ISO - noise advantage A630. Also the A590 has a fixed LCD instead of the flip-out one of the A630. The A630 has a 1 GB limit on a single video clip while the A590 will go up to 4, IIRC, so if you do video that might be important.

I do like to do video, so that makes a difference. Thanks, that helps a lot.
