Okay so the deal is, I am a motorsports photographer and I have been having a little bit of a fued with another photographer in the area, I have no idea what started it but long story short is..

this photographer took up a job as a track photographer and I frenquent this track on their special shows, the first show of the season I went out there and I used me Media card for the series that was racing there that night and for some reason it made this guy mad and all he did was talk bad about me to the other photograpers saying that Im a hack and that I will never get anything published and what not.. although I have already been published many times... he was also saying this about another photographer that I am close friends with.

After that show. I found out that me and my friend were banned from shooting at that track again, but we have this race comming up that is scanctiond by the ASCS and I happed to be an ASCS photographer :) well I called the main office and the contract that the track signed with the ASCS says that they have to let me in no matter what their photographer says..

Well I was talking to another friend of mine that used to shoot photos last week at the track and he told me that the track photographer called him and asked if he needed in to shoot photos well my friend turned him down and told him that he dosent shoot for the ASCS anymore but that I am doing it, the track photographer in turn said that he knows that I shoot for them and against his wishes he has to let me in but he said that if I post any photos on my site for sale from his track that I will be banned no matter what card I have saying that I can get in..

so my question is what do you all think I should do?? Personaly I am thinking about posting every photo I take from that track on to my site in the full res format and have free downloads for everyone..
