The first link, the scam goes something like this:

You place an order for a camera sans US warranty, body-only, without the basic stuff that generally comes along with a normal purchase, such as a battery, charger, lens cap etc.

Once you place this supposed order, you get a "confirmation call", which is really a smokescreen to upsell you crap you don't need, or stuff the camera should've already came with. If you buy their over-priced extras, when it's all said and done, you really didn't save anything. If you try and get only the product you ordered, you'll find the order has been cancelled.

he's right on. Look at their extras list below: $5oo for a $140 3yr warranty elsewhere, $350 for a $115 battery for the camera, ext. Check out adorama they've got used MK III's for $3,5oo and MK II-N's for $2,4oo
