But im scared that it might damage my camera due to different voltages, are they the same? is it safe to use? its working just fine atm. If it hasn't fried your camera already, it's not going to. It's the flash head, not the cable, that can cause problems, and you should have checked that before you tried it out... EOS 20D w/ BG-E2 grip

Now i just need help in one last thing, When i go over the shutter speed of 200, half the image is dark, But the reason i tried this is because some sigma/canon flashes offer an option to go over that limit without losing half the image. anyway to fix this?
