Las Vegas, Nevada: May '08

I'm finally getting around to processing pics and I'm only about 6 months behind. Here's a couple I took recently. Let me know how they look coz I have a new monitor and everything looks very different to me.

Yes, it's a Vegas Burrowing Owl! This guy was airing himself out and taking a shower in the drizzle. It doesn't rain very often here, so he was enjoying it.

Beautiful shots. Really nice. And I am glad to see he's taking a shower, they always look dirty to me. :)

Great shots. These are my favorite owls.

I guess by "Vegas" you mean they are gamblers by nature? :)

Hey didn't I tell you where to find them? :)

I've got to check back out there myself, have not been by since last year.
