Cleaning buttons on 40D

Hey guys,

I have a pretty new 40D and one of my buttons has already started to "squirk/make noise" a little. It is the one next to AF-ON. It does work, but now as optimum as in the beginning. I haven't spilled any form of liquid or similar on it.

Do you have any recommendations for cleaning it or how to deal with it. I don't think dealer will exchange it under warranty ;-)a
