Steel Wool + Old USB cables + fire = FIREWIRE!!!! ( I had no idea that steel wool was flammable)

May 30, 2008 12:42 | #4 basically take an old wire of some sort (in this case, an old USB cable), tie a slip knot in the end of it and put a steel wool pad in the slip knot. Light the steel wool and just start swinging. Be careful though, the flaming chunks of steel wool can fly within a 35 foot radius. Canon 30D : EF 28mm 2.8 : EF 50mm 1.8 II : EF 85mm 1.8
