Today was my last birding ID class for the spring and we were lucky to come across this common nighthawk which is a new bird for me. We also spotted this cedar waxwing which is a new photographed bird for me.

It's funny, but a girl that had never been to the class before spotted it, not having any idea what it was. That's the nice thing about being with several people, lots of eyes looking around.
