I love this pic I took of a very old wine bottle in my wine cellar.
Any flaws?
By the way, I love the "feeling" of a slightly underexposed picture.

I'd like to see more detail on the top of the label. Along those same lines, seems like it would've helped to stop down the aperture a bit to get more depth of field so you can see the shoulder of the bottle . And the part in focus, at the very top of the cork, still looks a bit soft, as if you shot this in low light without a tripod and no flash. No-Excuses Kit: 1Ds Mk III, 1D Mk IV, 60D (IR Only). Lenses (all Canon): 16-35m f/2.8 L, 24-70mm f/2.8 L, 24-105mm f/4.0 L IS, 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS, 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS, 85 mm f/1.2 L MkII, 100mm f/2.8 macro, MP-E 65mm f/2.8 macro, 15mm f/2.8 fisheye. Support : Gitzo 3541L + RRS BH-55 LR Ballhead.

But I think your second shot shows more of the dustiness because you got the shoulder. And, as I suspected, shooting the shoulder added a little reflected light which added some interest to the pic for me. Hope this wasn't an expensive bottle.
