Think 'less is more', it's better than the first two but I'd still try to minimalize. I'm not a fan of the film edge border you have going. The images are handled ok though; good improvement from the first ones.

There's too much wasted space IMO. Can you see the contact info when you print this at full size (2 x 3.5)? I would lose the filmstrip and the photo. Did you ever get my PM from 2 weeks ago?
