I need to crop it, but not sure the best way, any thoughts or sugestions?

You have many crop options here, landscape and portrait. Firstly rotate so the horizon is level then play with crops putting the child in the "thirds", you should have lots of good options. Anke

I cropped (I think I should have cropped more, but I didn't want to go too far), and converted to B&W and added a bit of blue because I thought it set the mood. I also had to resize and the conversion looks a bit funky now, but you may get what I was looking for.
