Going to Hawaii in two weeks and NEED a CPL... Which one of the following would you recommend...

Er . . none of them? Tiffen filters seem to be very poor quality. Neither of the other two are multi-coated. You don't need a slim filter for the 24-60 or 70-200 on the 30D.

Go for this B+W MRC or maybe this Hoya S-HMC. Multi-coated filters allow up to 7% more light through than uncoated or single coated filters do.
