Questions about SD1100 IS

Hi,

I am buying this for present and it have to be blue( can't get in here).
So questions,
- what are menu languages(16)? is there Finnish?.
- Is the battery charger suitable for 230V? Answer= yes
- video, PAL- mode? Answer= yes

You can't get the IXUS 80 (the European name) there? Canon offers Finnish in most of their cameras; if they don't in this one I'd be surprised.

Yes i can get IXUS 80, but i don't want
This is coming for present and it have to be blue, so only chance is SD1100 (Rhythm&Blue) if it has Finnish menu?

Can't see them using different firmware for the different regions. THey don't for any of their other cameras . . .
