Hi anyone used the Canon 500D close up lens, what is the minimum focus?. Do you lose any stops ?. I was thinking how it would work attached to a 300f4 77mm thread fit. They seem a bit pricey that's for sure. At the moment I am experiementing with a set of Jessop's auto tubes with fair results.
