Cheers Andy, did you get the money OK

Did you try and peel the stickers off or just cut most of the side of the box out.

gazcoyle, I don't know what Canon USA need but as you're in the UK all you need send is the peelable one which has the camera serial number on it (the top one), so no need to cut the box. I'm in the UK and I've had 5 successful cashback so far using that method.

I thought all the current rebates were instant, meaning you should have gotten it taken off by the retailer and don't have to send anything in? Am I missing something?

If you're talking about the $50 one, the rebate form shows you cut out the UPC with the product code (not the serial number one). Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what the picture shows.

There should be a peel off sticker if you are In the UK. just peel it off. & stick it on the reciept.

I just cut the whole lot off and sent them in.

As a box collector, that really hurt, but I got the cash back - £100 on my 20D, £35 on my 580 EX and £40 on my macro lens.

You would have still got your cashback, if you had just peeled the one off.
Why spoil a good box.?
