I don't have a macro what would be 2 good lenses to shoot Butterflies this afternoon?

Jun 02, 2008 10:54 | #3 In the line up you have the 24-70 looks like the best option. It has max mag of .29 at .38 meters. 70-200 would be the second option. Would be good if you could run down some extension tubes before you go, that would help a lot. Darrell

Jun 02, 2008 13:34 | #5 If you shoot a lot of butterflies, give the Sigma 150 a good look. It is an excellent lens. I own one now and had a Sigma 180 in the past. Much better working distance. And the IQ is excellent. Darrell
