HELP! Find Me a Polarized Filter

There is no need to manually focus. One can still focus automatically, once focus is achieved, turn the CPL for the desired effect, then before taking the pic. The slight rotation of the barrel re-focusing won't be enough change the polarizing effect.

you all have good suggestions, but it is going to be hard to use a polarized filter for him/her...he/she is using lenses that have rotating front elements so he/she is going to have to manually focus and turn the filter...i personally think it is going to be very difficult

Nonsense. Focus, then adjust. People have been doing that for years with manual focus cameras and lenses.
