what lens were you shooting with?
I see 70mm @ f 3.2 and 300 @ f 3.5, why were you shooting at these apertures?
the background looks weird
and I agree with Adam's note on the image being oversharpened. it gives the player a weird halo, right up to the point where the player and the background meet.
# 1. I really like the framing and composition of this image, I'm going to try this shot the next time I get a chance at shooting golf.
#2. would prefer if there was some golf related background. It seems like you can get someone to dress the same and shoot in the backyard.
#3. Would be better if the player had the ball on the green. Him holding the ball and looking... it doesn't look like he's reading the green or thinking about stuff. Golf is both a mental game, got to show his mental side.
#4. Nicely Done.
#5. Lady in background definitely bad. I got to ask, but what's the point of these kinda of impact shots in golf? from this angle I mean. the shutter was hit 1/3 down swing before contact, which is a no no in golf, then the end result, a little face but, the face capture is just face, it shows no emotion because there was no eyes, no nose, and just a tad of the mouth.
Point of impact shots i think, works from the back, or if you're shooting way way infront with like a 600 or longer lens, when you can "see" the ball coming towards the image.
