Do any Ixus models have centre focus point?

I get frustrated trying to take a shot with my Ixus 65 and the auto focus focussing on a completely different thing. Trying to focus through fences or people with a very light background is a good example.

Do any of the Ixus' cameras have centre focus point?

Check page 46 of your Advanced SD630/IXUS 65 Manual (English Language version, at least). It won't work in full auto, but in several other modes available in your camera you can set this.
