The colors look fine, and I understand what look you were going for with the post processing... but I think the PP ruins her natural "cuteness" i guess i would call it. The dark shadows around her eyes and face make the picture feel a little "scarry", the eyes especially. Erie.... This process would look well on an adult, but for this framed pic, im not sure i like it. It doesnt look like "children's" photograph.

She's got gorgeous, almond-shaped blue eyes, id like to see them a little more naturally.

I'm undecided on the the eyes and the skin could be a little warmer for me , But, the denim colour looks great, and the hair looks fantastic.

Just comes across a little cold on my screen, could do with a little warming up for my taste.

Great shot though :)

Steve

It looks dark to me and the eyes look way to pp. Could you post the original because I bet it looks alot better. Just like others have said this type of PP work would work better on an adult.

Not a pro by any means.. Just enjoy taking pics.

I think she looks great, fun PP job. Do you have the original to share?

My first response would be that she looks evil or posessed or something. Sorry for the editorial, but I don't care for the pp. I bet the original looks better.

Oh sorry that sounds harsh. She's a beautiful child, but the picture looks well, over processed. The pose is good, gthe intent is good, the child is beautiful, but the pp is overdone in my humble opinion.

How did you do this to the eyes?

bass, you really have to get your monitor calibrated.;)

I like the focus, bokeh, sharpness, and composition. But I think it is too dark in general and the eyes are unnatural looking.

I like the process used on the eyes, but the amount of processing is excessive.

On this monitor,it would be a perfect scary movie poster. But my monitor is dying here at work and it is not very bright. I like the PP, the effect it gives is very dramatic and emotional.

Bass, are you there? Are you able to post this image without the dramatic PP? I am quite sure this would have been just as a good image with some softness and less drama...

It's scarry for me... I love the PP but for this young beautiful child, I would lighten up a little... The jeans and the hear is fabulous!!
