Thank you everyone! For your comments on my pictures.

It is so fun to share in this forum. When I go out and shoot something and I think I got good shots, or something interesting, I can hardly wait to get them processed and up in here! I am so happy to have the friends I have here, because we all share this "hobby" AND because you're great folks!

:D:D:D:D:D

What lens were you shooting with, Kathy? It looks pretty wide open as well.....

I am off at 3 o'clock to shoot my bride getting ready. Wedding is at 5:30 p.m.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

We're grateful that you choose to be with us.

I'm also grateful that we all shower, albeit not together.

Well.. I just had the fateful day when all the parents meet themselves for the first time ever.... All 6 of them.

Suprisingly, they all got along famously. We have loads of food and wine left over though, so we're trying to get through it all.

Thanks Tom. No acromony at all. And the dogs got on as well.. :D

I also took the opportunity to colour calibrate my mother's laptop and install about 6 months of critical windows updates while I was at it.

She has one of the Canon SI P&S cameras (I don't know what model). She showed me some shots on her laptop - they look bad, all pretty soft and the exposure is pretty rough too.

I used a Tamron 28-75 2.8 for the entire wedding! It is my favorite lens. I have "better" but not at that range. I use this lens on 90% of everything I do.

Any suggestions on a Canon this range that will do me any better?

BUT someday when we can all get together, we can shower wearing Spandex while eating pork and cake. And for Lisa, something healthy.:D
