Did you know the Rebel Xsi takes a scandisk card? What is up with that?

I think you mean, SD = Secure Digital correct?

Yeah I know it takes it.... and I think that may become the new norm. I hope not because I like the physical size of the CF cards.

good morning!

just sent for my 30x30 print! I'm so excited. It's the largest size I've ever ordered. The largest one before was a 20x30 and it was BEAUTIFUL.

My in laws are here...outside working on the deck. My mil said she needs to be out there w/ him incase he needs something. I think though...when the girls are awake she'll be inside.

JimAskew wrote in post #5820092 (external link)
Steph,

Good Morning...where did you order the 30x30 from? Be sure and post a critque on the quality when you get it...I want to do a 30x30 of one of my shots from Arlington National Cemetery.

Thanks,

I'm not saying it's bad/wrong/whatever for others, I was just saying that I couldn't imagine being married at that age. As in me, myself not others.

Well I have only unloaded 4 Gb of photos of the 16 GB I took but here are are a few that I like. I think ;)

She won't be picky.... I saw her over-exposed photo on the wedding announcement and program. Plus she uses a cell phone as her primary camera. Plus she is 18 :)

Maureen, beautiful work! I think she will be happy. One thing I would do, is clone out those pine things coming from the tree in the first one, IF you can.

But I think they are great!

Tom..ummm....well....ahhh.. :-)

I thought about it but there are a bunch behind the veil and she actually LIKED them in the photo spot. She picked the tree because of the pine thingys.

Go figure.

Oh I so know, I just had a bride that wanted her and the groom in black and white but with their eyes, both had blue eyes, enhanced and in color and her flowers in color.

Maureen,

These are well done...and you were right she is a tiny little thing. Is the guy her husband or her dad? He looks a lot older than she is?

Wow...young indeed. They can make if they try...but they have a rough road ahead...let's hope the family is willing to be there for them.

I forgot to say...gorgeous photo...the colors are perfect!

Thank you, kind sir. This was my first wedding with the 24-105 which I used for the whole thing.

When I realized she wasn't going to be too picky about the photos, I made it easy on myself. I think I only shot a little over 300 photos and Skip shot about half that (I will have to process his photos as well as mine. Don't ask;))

The 5D & 24-105MM f/4 EF L is an awesome combo. Here is a shot of my daughter and granddaughter I made at the zoo today using my 5D and the 24-105MM f/4 EF L. They also look like sisters :)

I'm not sure about indoors however...I still prefer my 17-55MM f/2.8 EF-S IS
