The stores here are just packed, particularly the electronics stores and, of course, WalMart! Absolute Zoo...I actually called ahead and had a friend of mine reserve one for me and hold it apart. Walked in, grabbed it from the will call shelf and left. done. I like that!

That is a smart deal. GOOD FOR YOU, and yep I'm a bit jealous, but I'll catch up soon, I hope!

I just have to concentrate on this house first and moving here...and the business..

Had a call today for a reuinon and over 100 books, but, UGH, I was already booked that day...DANG IT!

I have the mac tower,,but doing things while travelling and getting things done I will need to book! Next year I have 2 weddings in a row in Ohio, so I will have to do all the editing on the macbook. So, for sure I'll have one by March guys. Do not worry,,,...so for now I'll just drool over yours! :-)

Hey, that's my notebook!!! These days are amazing..I was surprised to see the line outside the store and the stores have to love the tax free incentive. I sure enjoyed it a bit, my son got a lot and we are headed to mid rivers mall tonight for a few other things!!!

I did not get to go to whole foods though...maybe next week!

Yeah FL is not doing the tax free this year. So since I'm in GA for the next couple of days...doing the tax free up here...lol.

I'm loading CS3 extended....I just downloaded the trial of LR and I'm still trying to get my head around it. Looks like it might be useful, not sure yet though! I have used ACDSee Pro for years and LR is something new for me.

Yeah I have used Aperture 2 and LR. Both are now even since Aperture 2 came out. So I can't wait to see how the LR2 is when it is out of beta testing. My wife used ACDSEE for years as well. She loves LR and doesn't want to go back.

I only use LR now, and if I have to use CS3 I use it for major sharpning and smoothing. Time to go shopping. Be back later tonight...yeah...I hate crowds.

Dang it is right! I love those reunion things, it's usually really easy to do and the $$$ is fantastic.

Still no daughter heard from, I bet she's having a hell of a day, she's on the selling end of the tax free sale day. Don't think I want to talk to her tonight, she will be crabby!:(

Altogether now!

Did I ever tell you you're my hero?
You're everything, everything I wish I could be.
Oh, and I, I could fly higher than an eagle,
for you are the wind beneath my wings,
'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.

Lol! I hear that a lot!! I have to say that I'm curious as to why? I use ACDSee for almost everything but the hard core editing then it's CS3. I'm getting a book on LR tonight for some light (pun intended!!) reading! :D

I first experienced tax free days in West Palm Beach two years ago....we bought so much stuff...

This year it's just school clothes, we will be going out again later tonight I suppose it's going to be busy....today was not too bad!
