Thanks everyone.

I just got home, the wife is still at the hospital (obviously). She needs her rest and I needed to let out all of the emotion of the last week or so.

Here's the first photo. I swear this is not photoshopped...

I figured I'd start with a toy camera first; the XTi. :lol:

I'm going to get some PP done on the rest of the images shortly and up on the website. There is one great one of her being weighed where I can honestly say I got the first of many "Get that darn camera OUT OF MY FACE!!!!"

Katherine Rose was born today at around 6:10pm ish by C-section. Mother was exhausted from 20+ hours of attempts at labor without any labor contractions (she was having contractions but not progressing to true labor).

The baby iguana is not an iguana, much to my surprise. Photos will be coming later. 7 pounds 2 ounces, 19.3 inches long, a head full of black hair, and the cleft chin from my side of the family.

It's early here and I'm anxious to see more pictures.

I bet the cats get all wired up when the little one comes home. My son's cats turned into "badgers" when they brought their baby home. Not that they became mean, but every time the baby cried, the cats would hump up their backs and scurry away fast...like a badger. LOL
