Nope not mine at all. They moved the family into another house this morning.

I need your help

I am thinking that I need to revamp everything to do with this fledgling business so I want to pick your brains.

I currently have a very simple, clean web site. If you would all be so kind and take as much time as you can spare to have a look at it and let me know your thoughts and ways you think I could improve it I'd be grateful. In the works are a "featured gallery" and more wedding photos for the wedding gallery fwiw.

Just putting this up again coz it seems like a lot of posts were made and I'm greedy and want more input! LOL

Kristin, I for one, love your site! The Featured Gallery would be a great idea, but I really do love your site because it is so clean and loads quickly...maybe a new background to spice things up a little?

I keep thinking something like that, too, but have no idea where to start! Any ideas would be lovely :)

Lisa - looks like your son is very happy with the new wheels. And that really sucks about the murder...rat bastards anyway.

Apparently the server melted down after discovering that Kristin's name actually wasn't Kirstin. State-of-the-art computers are prone to being embarrassed.

I KNEW it was my fault!!

Hi Kristen .. it was me mentioning diving and leesa said to summon you :)

Well, here I be :) I will always talk diving (and uw photo) - feel free to PM me or email me kristin@kjaphotos.com (external link) and click the Ningaloo link in my sig for some older shots of mine. Must find time to update one day.

i was wondering which of the lens would be or should be my next pick up? i
85mm 2.8
100mm 2.8 macro
16-35mm
or another suggestion ?

What shots do you feel you are missing with your current line up? Only that will help narrow things down as you already have a pretty good base kit. I think the 135, while a great lens, will be too long really. If you want portrait, the 85 is great...if you want wide, I hear great things about the 16-35. Or have you considered something like the 24 prime? A friend just bought this and is over the moon with it.

That is a very cool palm tree over that house...glad it isn't MY house, but it's a cool shot. Hope things are settling down!

Not sure anything exciting is on the plate for today. Thanks to the outage yesterday you missed my big news...

I was checking my account the other day to see if a print order had been paid for and there was this deposit that I didn't recognize. I went through my paperwork and couldn't find anything. I had no idea. Then yesterday morning the bride calls to confirm that I am, indeed, shooting her wedding on the 30th of this month! She hadn't sent the contract to me or confirmed with me that she wanted me to shoot it, but she did pay me. I'm very glad she rang!

Hi, Lisa ;) How're you doing?

Doing pretty good, seems she got a bit addicted to some meds. It's kinda funny watching your78 year old mom drooling over meds..If you don't laugh, you'd cry So I choose to laugh..

She tried to tell me I could go home in an hour LOL NOT going..
