Woof.

That about sums up my general state of mind at the moment. While I'm glad my daughter arrived in the world safe and sound, I am glad this week is almost over. Had my mother not come up, there is no way in HECK that I would've been able to get everything I needed done in the house.

We go home tomorrow at some point around lunch and my mother leaves in the afternoon.

those UW shots are amazing, i borrowed a local camera shop while i was in maui and its basically just P&S stuff, since it was my first dive, i couldn't get my buoyancy down .. so

yeah, im still on the fence on which lens to get for what i would need as for weddings and portraits .. so far the collection is awesome, but i still lack that prime portrait lens .. so its still back on the 85mm, 100mm macro or 135L

You borrowed a camera shop?? LOL Cameras are defo task loading and the best way to get good pics is to be a very good diver.

Portrait lens would be the 85 for me...the others, even on a full frame, are too long a lot of the time...but then again, I like to be a bit closer to my subjects.

Here's the link to the fonts.

I used some on X-mas cards. As for my recommendation, anything would be an imporvment over this basic block lettering. It wouldn't have to match your logo, just something more flashy, happy, artsy....you know.:)

Cool, I'll go have a look around - there go another 100 hours LOL

Very, very little. She wasn't very agreeable last night. We're having the nursery keep her for the night (except for feedings when she'll come back to us).

Hi Stephanie..

Nice to see you drop in, sorry to hear your mom is ill...

Seems a lot of people on the thread have had this or that

Kristin's been feeling "low"

My mom is pretty sick

Chris is busy with the baby

Tom is still trying to explain why the forum went down and I think he gave us a clue

Adam is suffering through what? 4 days of Hurricane Fay??

Seems we have a busy group here huh! :-)

Awww, poor thing. I'm glad you guys have a little respite. And btw - we need more photos!

Steph - sorry to hear that!

Yup, it's been a tough old week/month for quite a few.

But I have a wedding to shoot next weekend, so I'm kinda happy about that and I just found out that one of my friends is coming with me to Sth America/Antarctica next year and has the cabin next to mine so I'm happy about that, too!
