Hi, I have been reading and reading for 3 days now about what strobe lights to get. I am leaning toward the Interfit EX150 Flash Kit or Calumet Genesis 200 1-Light Kit.
I am setting up a small portrait area in my house. I want to get a softbox too. I have looked on e-bay, and found this set...would this set be a good deal?? I appreciate some guidance! Thanks!!

I've read good things about the Calumet genesis Kits and would have went with it but got the Alienbees AB400 kits instead.

I know a couple people online who say the ebay kits are ok to start on and learn but quality wise they are not the best. I rather put $300+ dollars into something like the genesis kit and slowly build your home studio. It's always best to work your way up.

So, did you decide anything? That eBay kit looks interesting.
