Travelling to Europe next year and tempted to get sone quality glass duty free. Any suggestions as to where the best deals can be had? Hong Kong?? Singapore?? Bahrain or just try B&H?

A common shop is Boolchands on St. Maarten (I stopped in there myself) and the prices are... Okay. Sure, you save on tax and shipping but IMO it's not that great of a savings, if any, in the end.
