Hi everyone,
I bought a heliopan multicoating uv filter (sh-pmc) and thinking there are some quality issues with it.
When looking through the light (with an angle) some strach like smudges appear on it.
After some cleaning attempts i was unsuccessful, then i replaced it with another one from the dealer but observed the similar smudges !!!:(
I've read about that multicoated optics show every defect, dust, smudges easier than single coating due to low reflection characteristics.
Is it normal for a brandnew unit?
I have 2 b+w filters(single coating) and they seem perfect when looking by the same method..
