Thought I'd share...nothing major, but it makes me happy ;)

I just ordered two B+W UV filters (thanks to all the threads on this board where ppl recommend it vs. the Hoya Pro1s), two Canon centre-squeeze lens caps and a generic remote shutter release :) not too bad...$100 including shipping for the whole she-bang! So excited :D

Awesome, I'm sharing the same feeling. I just got word that my EF 50 f/1.8 II just shipped along with my 430EX and Lowepro SlingShot 100 all of which should be here tomorrow.

B&H. I'm just glad I'm gonna be working with more than my 20D and kit lens from now on. I'm actually getting paid for my photography doing PR for a local organization, so I can justify to splurge a bit more. After a few paychecks, I'm gonna be looking into a BG-E2 and probably a better zoom lens.

That's what I'm wondering too... OP does describe them as Canon but I've never noticed those available from Canon.

hehe looks like this turned into an all-around feel-good thread ;)

The lens caps are not TECHNICALLY Canon ;) They're generic ones that say "CANON" on them haha...but, meh, for $3.90 I'm not complaining ;) It's this one:

I LOVE centre-squeeze ones and hate the OEM Canons... (I think I'm gonna put one on my Tammy - which also came with centre-squeeze - and my 70-200 and keep the OEM Tammy one as a spare) :)
