PhotosGuy Cream of the Crop, R.I.P. More info | Jun 04, 2008 07:46 | #4 Excellent! Finally someone who worked with the light instead of having it work against them! Put a shot in here to wake some of these guys up! Pics of your motorbikeGood use of HDR, too. I'd have used ISO 400 so you could have used 1/50, & crop out the guy at the left. Maybe warm it up a little, too. The first shot took a looooong time to load & I want to put a link to it in "Tips", so I'm attaching a smaller version of it here. too. . PhotosGuy Cream of the Crop, R.I.P. More info | Jun 05, 2008 07:50 | #12 Frank my XT doesnt like 400 ISO LOL noise starts to happen. In my experience, the better the exposure, the better a high ISO shot looks. Usually the noise is most noticeable in the very dark areas, so it's easy to fix: I also didnt want the crop to be tight You'll also have to crop some if you make a "standard" 8X10" print, so it's usually a good idea to include some extra space, but for the web, I'd use a tighter crop to keep attention on the bike. Jun 05, 2008 13:30 | #13 ^cool cool usually when i have my tripod with me i tend to use the lowest iso cause i can just lower the shutter and get the same results without the noise, if i used a high iso when i took the 3rd pic of the under exposed shot to complete the hdr you wouldve seen noise lol Canon 5D MK2/Canon 40D/Canon Rebel XT - Canon 16-35mm F2.8 L , Canon 24-105mm F4 L , Canon 70-200mm F2.8 L , Canon 50mm 1.8, Canon 18-55mm (Kit Lens), Sigma 70-300mm APO DG, Peleng 8mm Fish-eye, Canon 580 EX Speedlite II
