Ahhhh good point Gail...The Lao as do the Thai and Khmer (Cambodians) eat with forks and spoons rather than with chopsticks as the Chinese and Vietnamese do..But strangely when eating soup as this guy is they use chopsticks and a spoon..Confusing??
