Hi Everone, Here's a couple of pics from last weekends Carnival Rally. Awesome rally, going back next year hopefully. Comments welcome.

Hi Phil they do look a bit OOF, I was having the same problem, last Sat I tried new settings , all AF points selected, center weighted average metering, TV, and shot in Raw.
Have a look at the results

Thanks for the comment gary, she was standind there shooting with a compact. I was using the 40d with the 24-70 2.8 lens at 160th

Thanks Jim, Had a look at your link. Nice shots, Next time out i'm
gonna try your settings and c how i get on. I think Perez Focus was shot at 160th, centre af point selected, not 2 sure about the metering i was using and shot in large jpg. Same as paul birds subaru but shot at 320th on tv mode using the 70-200 2.8 is.
