Must be a processing night, I'm doing the same.

Not me...

hehehehehe Grilling is our thing around here... We'll light up the grill just to do hot dogs one night for dinner!

We have an indoor electric grill we use all the time.

I can honestly say I have never eaten a smore either....I like marshmallows, I like chocolate and I like the graham crackers....but the thought of putting them together is just gross....nearly as nasty as the thought of putting mayo on corn. hehehe

You can have the graham crackers and I do like mayo, just not on corn.

Glad I've never seen that one. Strange...

cfpackerfan wrote in post #5728790 (external link)
We are missing a few regulars aren't we? Where are they?

I'm around. I'm just in and out at random because I spend time with Heather when she's home. Right now she and a girlfriend are on the way to Disneyland. She'll be home Tuesday.

*sigh* me too. That farm butts up too the 250 acres our horses are on and the 8 acres we were looking at. That land is like gold. Developers will pay up to 100K an acre:( As a result these farm owners fall in to the rich category and get wiped out with property taxes, inheritance tax...... stifles rant.

hullo everyone :)

Just thought I'd show you a couple of quick snaps with the G9, where we were shooting the wedding.

the lodge (also where daughter and SIL got married...the lake in front was still frozen but starting to melt)

Wow, looks beautiful!!!

Permagrin wrote in post #5727438 (external link)
mostly okay. We had one actual confrontation...it was with an aunt...who, after the b&g walked down the aisle, stood three ft. from them (in the center aisle) and took photos, effectively blocking our (and everyone else's) photos. The wedding coordinator came up and asked me if I wanted her to take care of it. I said yes and she did (but not without protest from the aunt)....then after the ceremony I was posing family shots and that same aunt kept rearranging people until I finally said "look, we need to be able to finish here...when we're done, you can shoot what you want, in the alloted time"....it was very frustrating. But otherwise a pretty relaxed group. The bride was shy and had a hard time giving a natural smile (really shy as in the "no eye contact if she doesn't know you" type shy...) so I hope the photos will be fine. I've only viewed them on the epson so far.

I think the M3 did fine in aiservo (YAY). I'm just beat though...

glad to hear you're happier with the M3. Being bossy with clients is something you'll probably get used to. If you speak loudly, clearly, and give firm direction, then people will do what you tell them to. Think 'schoolteacher'.

Good luck with the sisters wedding Jen. How long do you have to set your guidelines?

Oh, and if butter fat is good enough, think about mayo fat being double-y great! LOL

That sounds very tasty.

Thanks saw it and posted it.

The sister has a boyfriend (that we all honestly hope she's not going to marry hehehehe) so I've got time! :D Thankfully!!

Mayo is just gross!

The ribs were divine!!!

Glad you got it up there!! :)

I think you need to mention to cousin Bill how much you *really* need these 8 acres (to save them from the developers). Just saying.

That is a stunning hay field.

BOBERT - If you like flavor, you simply must have a dutch oven meal. All my primary cookwear is cast iron. It adds such flavor, now top that with a meal cooked on open coals and your taste buds will think they are in paradise.

G'MAE all.
