HEY CAT, I didn't forget, just got busy got these two from HERE
Did you ever get pudgy pie makers?Fiesta Chicken
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped
1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
1 Lb. Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless) cut into 1" cubes
3 Tomatoes, Peeled & Diced
2 Cup Broccoli Floweretts (bite-sized pieces), steamed 3 minutes
16 Oz. Pink or Kidney Beans, Drained & Rinsed

1/4 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large Dutch Oven, heat the olive oil, add the garlic and onion, and sauté for 3 minutes or until softened. Add the green pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Stir gently, reduce heat, cover pot, simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or until the chicken is just done. Check the seasonings before serving.
Campers Pot Roast
4-6 Country Pork or Beef Ribs (best) or 2 lb. Beef Roast (any kind works well)
4 Medium Onions, peeled and sliced into thirds sideways (rings)
6-7 Medium Potatoes (at least 1 per person) peeled & cut in half
1 Large Bag of Baby Carrots (about 1-2 lb)
1/2 Cup Celery Chunks
Salt and Pepper
Bar-B-Que Sauce (optional)
Directions:
Place ribs, potatoes, onions, carrots and celery in large pot or roaster. Cover all with water. Salt (about 1 1/2 teaspoons) and pepper (cover top of water medium to lightly). Place pot on fire and let cook slowly for a couple of hours while you fish, swim or enjoy the outdoors. Dinner is done when you return. To spice it up, remove the meat from the vegetables and place in pan with bar-b-que sauce (meat will be falling off the bones), stir in sauce over fire for about 5-10 minutes and serve.
ooh! Those are great recipes!
And we looked at the pudgie pie irons. They were anywhere from 10 bucks to 20 bucks. Not bad. BUT. There are about 40 of us camping.
We'd need 10 of them for a reasonable turn around.
we decided against them. For now.
In our store, we sell the 7 grain, the 9 grain and the 12 grain breads for the same retail. I almost had the manager put up a sign saying, "Buy the 12 grain bread... get 5 grains for FREE!"
Oh DO it! That would be great! If I saw that in our Albertsons, I would LAUGH.

hehehehehe
