Unfortunately, I'm over 4 hours into my day, and it is not quite 7:00 yet. :D

Gaa. Sorry to hear that, Crissa.

Hope it's not catching - Nathan's due to go on camp witht he Cub Scouts this weekend - they're doing a 14 mile figure of 8 walk over two days

How's Nathan's legs doing Mark? Fine, I hope. :D
14 miles is normally not too much over two days.

Thanks, Jim. Yes, his legs are doing fairly well since the Botox injections last month. He has a lot more flexibility in his heels etc - now it's a case of making sure that he exercises them - 14 miles should do that nicely. They do have checkpoints all along the route so if anyone can't manage it, they can be taken back to the campsite.

Hi Bobert.

Hi Mark....I think a 14 mile walk will do very well for his legs too....however, I probably wouldn't make it. I'd be stopping too often taking pictures probably and then by the end of the 2nd day they would say lets go after only maybe 7 miles .

I've done a few 14 mile hikes with a full pack on my back with a weeks gear, though this was many, many years ago. Two summers ago, I did just over 10 miles with a full pack (and camera gear) with lots of elevation gain, and it almost killed me. :D

Hey Firefox users!!!!

Version 3 is out and it supports colour ;) management!

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6891 (external link) (hope that link works, I had to log in as it's and 'experimental' plugin at present)

BearLeeAlive wrote in post #5888361 (external link)
Sounds good. I did not know there was a V3.0 of Firefox out. I guess it is not an upgrade then, but a whole new version? If I were to load it would it use all my settings, bookmarks, add-ons, and the such?

BearLeeAlive wrote in post #5889126 (external link)
Wow, Firefox V3.0 sure does seem a whole lot faster for me. :D

I've started off on the beta version of firefox 3 a good few months ago. It is much better/faster than the previous version. Good stuff

I just tried the new version here on my Windows PC. I don't like it as much as IE7 - it's trying to be too pretty for my taste and I don't like what it does to my fonts (web pages are harder to read).

Although, saying that, I've got it on my Mac and like it there (I found a skin that I liked).
