Thanks, Jim. Yes, his legs are doing fairly well since the Botox injections last month. He has a lot more flexibility in his heels etc - now it's a case of making sure that he exercises them - 14 miles should do that nicely. They do have checkpoints all along the route so if anyone can't manage it, they can be taken back to the campsite. Mark

I'd be stopping too often taking pictures probably and then by the end of the 2nd day they would say lets go after only maybe 7 miles Robert | Gear |

Two summers ago, I did just over 10 miles with a full pack (and camera gear) with lots of elevation gain, and it almost killed me. -JIM-

Mgdh wrote in post #5888141 Hey Firefox users!!!! Version 3 is out and it supports colour management!https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6891 BearLeeAlive wrote in post #5888361 Sounds good. I did not know there was a V3.0 of Firefox out. I guess it is not an upgrade then, but a whole new version? If I were to load it would it use all my settings, bookmarks, add-ons, and the such? I've started off on the beta version of firefox 3 a good few months ago. It is much better/faster than the previous version. Good stuff

I don't like it as much as IE7 - it's trying to be too pretty for my taste and I don't like what it does to my fonts (web pages are harder to read).
