Spot on it's a 1993 3.2 L Diesel which does about 10 L per 100 kms, done 106,000 kms and I've had no trouble with it since new. Great Car.

Picture 1. it flys and goes on water, when you press the special button

OK, I kinda cheated on this one. I cloned over part of the grille emblem that would give away the make. If nobody is close by tomorrow morning (Pacific time) I'll drop a hint.

The horse was there, I swear! What I cloned out was above the horse and was the vehicle maker's logo that it still uses today.

Is it a Maseratti? I found a few Maseratti's with horses, but none with both the trident AND a horse.

It's not American, and it's not European.

Was the part you cloned out etched into the piece behind the horse, or was it attached to the front like the horse is? Is this a standard factory front end, or Custom?

My current Guess... A Lincoln of some sort.

Had I read all of the proceeding posts, I would have known it is not a Lincoln... However, it has a decidedly 1960s american muscle car look to it. Was it made by a foreign subsidiary of an american company?

Indeed it does, the car was heavily influenced by American design, no doubt. I read the designer spent some time at a SoCal design school. The company has worked with an American car manufacturer and has build captive import vehicles for them.

The part I cloned out was above the horse in the textured chrome-looking area, and yes, I believe it was in relief. It is a standard factory front end.

Yes
