I think it's a German version of the Mentor, may even be the European version of the same car; not 100% sure though. Just google Kia Sephia and see what you think?

EDIT: Ah! You posted the answer while I was typing.

The name " Sephia" is a compound of these words: "Style", "Elegant", "Powerful", "Hi- tech", "Ideal", and "Auto"
It was actually based on the Mazda Familia!

Yeah! I read that too, seems too crap to be true though. I think some promo guy must have thought that up well after the car had already been named

First thing that pops into my mind is a Wolseley, late 50's or so, maybe early 60's. I don't know them too well.

The only other thing that comes to mind is a Riley, possibly Elf model.

I used to know a lot about the old British cars, but like my hair, the information just kinda fell out somewhere!!

Haha! Just a little. In the early 70's in the town I lived in I was known as the "Mini Freak" I had a whole back yard full of Austin Mini's. I also once owned a very small auto wrecker that specialized in the British cars, mainly Austin and MG.
Guess I better run to the archives to see what I can find....

And I even resisted the urge to post some of my favorite Detroit wallowing boats!

I have to go to work for ten hours. I'll see if I can pull this up on my iPhone at work so I can comment on guesses.
