Because I have no idea what it could be, so can not attempt a guess yet. Please answer my question! That's how the game works, people ask questions, you answer them. Eventually people are able to narrow it down far enough so they can start to make educated guesses.

from what I've seen, people at least try and guess before the hints start coming but if you insist, yes it is European.

think mainland Europe (ie not British) and a very well-known marque. There is a glaringly obvious clue in the last photo too.

correct, 1954 BMW 502 V8 Cabriolet, to be precise. the licence plate was the give-away.
