close but no. Its an Alvis... but not a TB21.

Are you sure??

Have a look here.... Scroll down and open Alvis TB21 (external link) - it's the actual car from your photo (same registration)

I originally put it as an Alvis TB14 after seeing a very similar car on another site...but I then came across the link above. If it's not a TB21 (which according to the website it is....) then it must be a TB14 surely??

This website (external link) also lists the very same car as a TB21 with a TA21 shown below.

The plot thickens!

Your info is probably a lot more accurate than half the stuff shown on the net? Just look up TB21 or TA21 on google and you'll come across quite a lot of conflicting stuff.

I'm not disputing you in any way...;)

I'll post an image up a bit later - but would prefer if TooTall could step in soon and reclaim his turn that he lost somewhere back?

Way off the mark I'm afraid, but good guesses all the same.... (keep with the 'lower volume' stuff though ;))

It's pretty easy anyway.....the 'cloned' dash found in the early Audi A3 or Seat Leon (VAG 'A' Platform dashboard ) - this one looks like the A3 version judging by the door cards?

My god - that was such an AWESOME car!! Did you know you could use all gears in reverse? You'd need to be pretty brave to do it though....

Maybe not quite that low volume! Made in the thousands, not by the handful or by the million.....;)

lol yea, i think in a top gear or another british mag, they tested the "100 mph in reverse" theory and it worked! they got over 100 mph in reverse lol

Only two guesses?

Here's another shot to help you a little:

It's one of those cars that's really hard to find anything that doesn't give it away too easily!
